  1. Might be another fish attacking them.

  2. Usually, that's hemorrhaging from a blood infection.  Start with a water change, remove any activated carbon from the filter, and begin treating with any of the gram negative effective or broad spectrum medications available, like Maracyn 2, Furan 2, Kanaplex, Terramycin, Flagyl, Hexamit, Metronidazole, etc.  However, without removing whatever factor is stressing the fish, the infection will return fairly quickly, so stay on top of your  water changes.

  3. for keeping fish myself for 20 years i have never known a fish to have a disease to have orange fins or body unless they are gold fish or tropical fish to have orange  body and fins to be a swordtail

  4. IMMEDIATELY CHANGE 1 THIRD OF THE WATER,CLEAN BOTTOM OF THE TANK,AND FEED FISH LESS,SLOWLY OVER THE NEXT FEW WEEKS REPLENISH THE OLD WATER WITH NEW,THIS WILL WORK,BELIEVE Me.
