Trouble with Air Con Unit

Question

We have just had one of your units fitted in our office and the town had a powercut on tuesday and the unit no longer works

In you handbook it says why the unit may not work but doesnt give advice on how to restart the unit

the operation indicator and timer indicator are flashing constantly
