Trouble with Meditation?

I've been trying meditation and I can't seem to focus. I have a very small attention span and can't quite seem to focus and my mind keeps wondering. Can someone give me some tips??

    Meditate for short periods such as 3 - 5 minutes at a time.

    Focus is something that every mediator has to work with, attention span will increase with practice. Just gently bring yourself back to your meditation when you wander.

  2. Dont give up when your mind drifts, just acknowledge it and redirect back to your meditation
