I HAVE A POWERED MIXER (PHONICS 1860 POWER POD) AND AM RUNNING AN APHEX 204 AURAL EXITER. (SOUND PROCESSOR THAT ADDS BRILLIANCE AND CLARITY TO MUSIC, GOOGLE IT!) THE OUTPUTS ON THE MIXER ARE TS (UNBALANCED) AND THE SOUND PROCESSOR ACCEPTS TRS (BALANCED) AND TS .( IS IT OK TO USE TRS

Yes you are ok with 1/4 inch ts cables.  Just make sure you are not using the speaker outputs to feed the exciter.  It needs to be fed by a line level output.
