how many miles per gallon would a 10' moving truck get with a 35 gallon tank

The size of the tank makes no difference except for the greater weight of the gas... it just contributes range.

Your mileage will depend on your load and what the conditions (freeway - City - back country hills - etc) you are driving on.  and how YOU drive, and of course the size of the engine.

Best guess is around 15 mpg fully loaded for a big boxy truck (not just a pickup) jerking its way thru a City.  Gets better on the highway of course.
