Truck Drivers West-East Radio Channel?

When i was little when my father took me with him to Work... He was a Truck Driver.. and i remember goin on a High Way.. If there was another Driver is Down.. and if you spot another same company Driver.. You can call in on the radio where you saw the last driver who was Down.

What are the Radio Channels for goin West and East???? Also Goin North and South???
