It is a very big possibility!  If you will notice how many trucks are on the highways now making their deliveries before the gas jumps higher.  I think they will park their rigs until something is done about it.  Gas may or may not go down.  It depends.  If enough people still buy the gas irregardless of the high prices, why would they lower it just for the ones who are striking or boycotting?

The milk and other foods will most definitely go up.  But we need to just use wisdom and make our dollars stretch as much as possible.  Buy foods that are healthy and wholesome and ones that have a long shelf life and don't waste your money on the snacks and foods that have little or no nutritional values.  You'll be healthier and you won't go hungry.
