Truth or Company Policy?

My mate Tricky Dicky drove his company van into our supervisers car the other day.

Should he admit that he did it even though the company policy to all drivers is that you should "never admit liability for an accident"?

By the way the superviser is an @rsehole

It depends if your friend Tricky Dicky intentionally drove the car at the [e-mail] look in his eyes would have told the truth. Surely only the supervisor would be able to tell.

He could admit doing it without admitting liability, the supervisor's car was improperly parked, etc.
