Trying to install digital camera program

i have 64 bit Vista on my computer. I'm trying to set up the program that runs download, etc. I have a VuPoint digital camera Model# is DC- ST15- VP. I downloaded the driver from the vupointsolutions.com web site, but our computer doesn't accept it.Please help. I can take pictures, but I'll have no place to download them.
