Tweaking Windows XP?

Question

I am leaving to college soon and I don't want my family using the admin. account so I made a limited account for them. The reason i did that was so they would not mess around with the programs that keep the computer running as it is. How can I hide programs in the start menu so they can't access them? So I guess I am trying to customize my start menu in a way
