Twins anyone?

Question

some girls at work say i am to big for 5 monthes, how far along were u before u found out TWINS? have had 2 ultra sounds but read one could hide......

How far along were you when you had your ultrasounds?  Indeed, one twin can be hidden, but this is generally the case in the early weeks.  I think it would be very hard for twins to go undetected on an ultrasound for very long.  But, never say never!  Also, your doctor would probably mention something if you are measuring large for gestational age.

  

I found out I was carrying twins at 8 weeks.  By the time I was five months, you could actually see two separate lumps in my belly when the twins would go in different directions.  I could also massage my belly and feel their heads and bodies.

I'm only in my 2nd month, but I've had both of my parents, a grandmother, my mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and 3 different cousins tell me I'm having twins. I don't know if I am or not yet, but they will be sure to hear about how they jinxed us if/when we find out.

I found out around 4 to 5 months. But my cousin didn't find out until 8 months.
