UEFA Euro 2008 Fantasy Strategy?

Question

I realized today that you get 4 transfers until the next matchday (June 11th). Should I sell the players that have played today and use a transfer into getting somebody who plays tomorrow, or do the transfers add up? It seems like selling the ones who have already played will make me gain more points. Anybody have a suggestion?
