UGGLA for RAMIREZ???

Question

I have a free falling Miguel Tejada currently playing SS and Brian Roberts backing up Uggla at 2B.

I could really use some SP help.

Me: UGGLA, TEJADA, (Wellenmeyer, Lohse, or Wang)

Them: (Hanley) RAMIREZ, HAMELS

Is it worth it?

not a bad trade is your are really hard up. Uggla is really starting to heat up. I'd look and see if I can find a shortstop. I'm going to say Look at AVILES for the Royals. His bat is smokin. He's getting the PT and he might be worth the P/U.

Give up Lohse ,Uggla, Tejada for Ramirez and Hamels.....would be good deal for you even trhough Uggla is great player , Ramirez is better.

This is a good trade and Dan Uggla is the 3rd best 2nd baseman (Utley is 2nd and Kinsler is 1st)  You have somebody who in my mind is better than Uggla because he does not strikeout so much in Brian Roberts. Then Hanley Ramirez for Tejada huge upgrade. Then trade Lohse because he has the better record and is pitching the best right now out of all three of those pitchers for Hamels who again will be a huge upgrade on your favor. Hope this helps.
