UK Xbox repair time???

I phoned up xbox today about problems with my xbox 360 they are sending me a box to send back to them to repair it, just wondering how long did it take before you lot got yours back and working after sending it.

i got it back in 1 week and was a new x360  return to me.

as the motherboard and drive was goosed  ,

buy a cooler fan for the at currys to keep it cool .

still work yet ,and it repaired FOC.

its 2 weeks unless its a major fualt or there is problems with delivery

If the fault has occured within afew months of purchase - the store you bought it from is legally obliged to exchange it.

they may say they cant at first - quote the Sale of Goods Act 1979 - ask to speak to a manager.
