  1. Phone NHS direct or go on NHS direct online or try your diagnosis or try yourdiagnosis an online medical advice site. you need to register for this site though and its free.

  2. probably call 911, maybe just an anxiaty attack. 4am where r you???

  3. You have to stop thinking about what is bothering you take deep breaths watch or a movie or something to take your mind off of it

  4. I don't know what it is...But if you do please e-mail me...I'm having the same problem. It's like you don't know if your mad, sad,or what...And your head feels horrible!...That's why I'm home now..

  5. At such a young age it, regardless of the situation i wouldn't worry about the assumption of having a heart attack.

You sound like you have been in an area of bad mental health.

The rapid mood swings would have been caused by chemical imbalances in your brain, you need to see a doctor about this.

The adrenaline rushes will be from you anxiety or lack of sleep. and your head is probably feeling bad because of the stress, the feeling of your brain expanding doesn't mean that it is.

You may have just thrown up because of the anxiety which usually has an effect on peoples stomachs.

Crying is because of the stress and anxiety as well.

A lot of these are the symptoms of an anxiety attack most likely cause by not having vented your emotions, explaining the crying for no reason and the mood swings.

The adrenaline, anxiety and stress all had a toll on your body which is why you didnt feel too well.

All i can suggest for right now is that you sit down with a pillow and a drink of water.

Later go see your doctor about the mood swings, he may prescribe you some medication but i would also advise more exercise, writing your problems down and getting into a good sleeping habit.

This is common with people who suffer from anxiety and is a part of life for some.

Over time you will learn to cope with panic attacks and anxiety attacks.

    Hope your feeling okay,
