What exactly do you want to happen.  Outlook is for the e-mail connection between you and your internet service provider.  You have given us a yahoo mail address - yahoo is not your ISP.  If you want to view yahoo mail on outlook you need to go to yahoo and get them to either forward your yahoo e-mail to your ISP e-mail address or send you an e-mail that you have e-mail on your yahoo account and then you go to yahoo and read it.
