USB drive full

Question

Tried formatting it but it wont read the drive at all, even downloaded datadoctors usb media drive restore program but it also couldnt recognise the drive attached to the computer, neither will windows native plug and play recognise it. At my wits end as I do not have a backup of other files stored on this drive.
