USTA Confusion?!?

Question

My head is spinning. I am a USTA member. I live i Georgia. There are no big National Junior Tournaments here. I was wondering I have won 3 or 4 tournaments. They weren't big (less than 100 players). Do I get National points for winning those tournaments. If not how do I get national points.

You do get national points for winning those tournaments. But, not as many points as a tournament with a draw over 100.
