Unable to write new emails?

Question

While I am able to open my inbox, I have been unable to draft new emails or delete old drafts or get drop down menu to show on "more actions" or "view" on my yahoo email screen. I think I should delete and reinstall my Yahoo program becuase I suspect it has been corrupted. Dont want to lose the old messages. I am connected to a DSL and my MSN email is working fine.

Any suggestions?

You could try just opening a new email account first and see if that works alright.

Deleting and reinstalling Yahoo sounds a bit drastic, would you lose your Answers account as well?  You could copy and paste your old messages into your word processor so you don't lose them, though this might be a bit of a chore if there are many of them.
