Uncommon surnames?

Could you give me some good websites where I could find an uncommon surname. I have googled it many different ways with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

The surname I am looking for is Vortisch.

Ancestry.com sells a book titled The Vortisch Name in History for $29.95. I don't know how useful it will be, but I guess it's a good place to start. In may be somewhat general, but because it's so unusual and therefore probably rare, you'll probably find a relative in it somewhere. There are also a few Vortischs online who've written books. Maybe it would be profitable to contact them. Good luck.

This is the identification card of a citizen of Singapore.

The word "bin" means "son of". So this guy's literally Batman son of Suparman. LOL. That'll be an example of a unique surname.
