Uninstalling help on computers!?

Question

I try to unintall my webcam since it isnt working. but it wont uninstall when i go start>all progams>and the webcam name. then click uninstall.

so i tryed going to control panel and c**p and tryed to remove the program but it wont, i click on the remove button and nothing happens, help?!
