Unique ideas for my room

Question

i would like unique ideas for my room (im a girl) for my room @ my dads, i think its gonna be pink and green and for my room @ my moms i think brown & pink polka dots i like to do arts and crafts so things i could do with arts and crafts (decore) and at my moms i think im gonna have like a platform and put my bed on that platform, with a little bit of a step. but i want like creative decore ideas and unique ideas like my bed on a platform. thanks :)

theres a book called the "big *** book of crafts" and in it there are ways to make lamps, curtains, tons of stuff. if i was you id check out this book. there are tons of cool ideas for crafts. and it tells you all the supplies you need and where to get them, very helpful.

for the brown and pink polka dots, my suggestion would be to have white walls and get some brown and pink wall decal polka dots. it looks really cool this way.
