Unkown White Flashing Dot of Light?

Question

Me and 3 other friends were out on the deck. My friend has an electric fence that sourounds the pasture so the horses don't get out. I was looking at the moon then i see something at the corner of me eye. It looked like a leaf or something was getting shocked. and i didn't care for a while. then i just started watching it and it started mooving like every foot it would blink like this electric shock color. 2 of my friends thought i was crazy. but 1 was seeing what i was seeing. It was going around in circles.. around a tree then behind some bushes.. then back around.. and then it started coming in my friends yard..so we all ran into the house.

it looked like a electric shock dot. it wasnt to visible but u could see it.

there was only one flash of light at a the same time.

so if you could help me out on this that would be great.

no it was not a bug.

its not a fire fly.. it doesn't move that fast. doesnt stop in the same place ans start all over and then like come towards ookefjoasd

Yes it was a firefly. I see them in my yard all the time. What you discribed was a firefly.

You said there was an electric fence. Then most probably you were seeing the electric fence pulsing and tiny droplets of water were conducting the charge to ground or possibly bugs? The fence pulses about every two seconds or so and might have looked like some object moving around. Feasibly, if branches or grass were wet, the charge may have been conducted to areas away from the fence and created a flash there.
