Unreal 3 or Counter Strike Source?

Question

I plan to get a fun FPS online game for the PC but I can't decide on whether I should get Unreal Tournament 3 or Counter Strike Source.

But I would to have a game with a in-game clan system. If it doesn't have one, it's not necessary but I strongly prefer it.

well, i haven't played counter strike, but unreal 3 really wasn't what i was hoping it to be. if you want to get an unreal game, get unreal 04. but between those 2, i'd dissuade you from unreal. it was laggy and had bad graphics.
