Update Google Results / Address

When I google my church's webpage, it has the page in the rankings, but it lists a bad address underneath...

http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&aq=t&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1T4ADBF_enUS280US280&q=assumption+school

It lists www.assumptionschool.org as being in Los Angeles, when it is in Pennsylvania.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks,
