Uploading files?

Members in my group are having trouble uploading files even though I have given full access through the group settings. Any ideas as to what the problem might be?

some times this area just has issues. when you go to the files, look at the bottom and see how much space is left- then they need to be sure they're uploading a file thats not too large, and one that's acceptable

Check your group settings to see if you have selected "Members (upload/modify/download files)".

If not, select that and save changes.

Files can only be modified/edited or deleted by the member who authored them or the group owner/moderator.  If the file your member attempted to delete was not authored by him/her, you could delete it. Then she/she could attempt to upload another file if space permits.
