Uploading pictures help?

Question

when i try to upload pictures onto the computer, the first time it worked out fine

then i tried again right now, and i go to "my computer" and do it from there cause the pop-up thing doesn't work.

when i clicked "get pictures from camera", it loads and says "the scanner or camera is in use" and the page shuts down.

umm what does that mean?

there may be another software program or driver running thats using port, so it may be that there two device drivers for same camera or usb port, or that one starts with computer at boot, and another tries to start with program,

try rebooting, see whats starts at boot, then plug in camera , turn on and wait, if nothing , check software installation again,

note you best not use both as drive and camera program at same time, check manual unknown,
