do u think cheerleading is a sport ???not like regular 1 and 2 and 3 but dance flips jumps stunts and pyramids in competitions...I do and i wont get offended if u don't

wow yeah it is a sport!

its not a sport when your on the field/court cheering for basketball/football players

but it IS A SPORT when your competing on the floor.

it combines two things too

1.gymnastics

2. dance

two sports?

Nope. It's more like a dance.

Probably really hard none the less.

Is breakdancing a sport? That combines gymnastics and dancing too.

And to above, no, being a highschool cheerleader is not harder than being a professional soccer player, sorry to burst your bubble :)

iF cheerleading  wasnt a sport there wouldnt be tryouts:)

Of course it's a sport. It's one of the toughest there is as far as I know. It's probably harder to do that than to be a professional soccer player.
