Urban Decay eye primer?

Question

I just bought some from Sephora yesterday,

When I apply it am I supose to let it kinda of dry?

(cause when I put my shadow on my brush got all wet from the primer) & Am I supose to blend with my fingers? cause I didn't.

let it sit [with your eye closed] for about a minute so it's dry but a little sticky.

Well i rub it in but but lots of people do it in diffrent ways i suggest if your gonna rub it in put a bit more on than you usually use x

I love their eye primer! Just simply put it on your eye lid and i blend it with my fingers and right after i blend it in a little I apply my eyeshadow. I don't know if that is the right way to do it, but it works for me!
