Urban decay primer potion

they have that no where, where I live (Quebec, Canada). Does anyone recommend something similar to that?

I've tried the paint pot thing at mac, but I don't like it...I don't really like mac products only thing I get there is my studio fix fluid, and my fix so any others stores?

Why would you use any product with that name? Urban decay brings to mind... well, urban decay - rotting buildings, crumbling infrastructure, rats, cockroaches, etc. Primer is waht you put on to help make paint stick. makes me think you're wearing waaaay too much makeup. Potion generally refers to a something a quack or a self-styled witch would promote. Uck!
