Using inhalants and drinking beer ?

Are you talking about inhaling controlled substances? If so, don't do it, whether you are drinking beer or not!

Yes, it can be if you are drunk/inebriated.

Alcohol slows down various functions of the body and the brain, if you then sniff poppers which have a speeding effect on heart rate and a sharp rise in blood pressure there are several things which could cause damage to your cardiovascular function or you could even stroke as a result.

Using poppers can stress heart valves giving an increased risk of blowing a heart valve later in life without the added stresses Alcohol would load on your system in conjunct with popper use anyway.

That is my considered opinion knowing what both do and how they will react regards your systems.

Inhalants are so bad for you. They cause severe brain damage, heart problems, can cause you to literally go stupid and can cause sudden death. I would not suggest doing inhalants with alcohol or at all.
