Using your Yahoo 360! picture?

How do I do it?

I don't usually use yahoo, I normally use MSN but I just downloaded yahoo 360 messenger and changed my display picture to a picture of me and then clicked 'use my yahoo 360! picture' and it is still the grey icon :S Any help please? Thanks x

Everyone seems to be experiencing the same problems with their 360 accounts.

Hopefully it will be temporary, but the rumors have resurfaced that 360's days are limited.  Would love to have more info regarding this issue.
