Uso espanol en estas situaciones....?

I'm not really sure what you mean.  Do you mean, when would you use Spanish?  Then I would assume when someone else speaks spanish, or in a spanish speaking country, restaurant, etc.

Uso espanol cuando alguien no habla ingles y solamente hable espanol.  

Uso espanol cuando estoy en Mexico.
