Utilities bill in FRance, paris?

i would like to ask for a average cost of utilities per month in france paris, im talking about a 1 bedroom apartment, with 3 student staying together. Usually how much would it roughly cost in franc paris??

In France, electricity is provided by the National Electricity Company, EDF (www.edf.fr).  You can check their website for detailed info.

As a practical example, for an apartment like you are describing, EDF may sell you a fixed allotment of kilowatt-hours per month, charging a flat fee per month for a period of 1 year.  At the end to the year they will check the meter.  If you used more, they will charge the difference, less and they will refund your money.  

You could expect a plan like this costing 30 Euros per month.
