Utorrent help please?

Question

Everytime I download utorrent to a computer and download any file - the file will just come up as a torrent file rather than an mp3 and I won't be able to play it on anything unless I transfer it to itunes. I don't know if this has anything to do with my windows service pack... or if I'm just being completely dumb about it. I've been using utorrent on my original computer for years and it's worked fine, but whenever its on a different one it doesn't seem to work. Any help please??? :-\

This hasn't happened to me before but it sounds like a wrong file type. Have you got the right player to play the file?

Is it definitely every file or lots of the same sort of file you want to download?

Itunes might be the best option if it isn't too much trouble.

I doubt it has anything to do with the service pack.
