V chip pass word problem

Question

forgot password for v chip, now am putting it in my bedroom and would like to remove the block off of the channels. how can I do this?
I have a password set on my Classic TV set for the V-chip (parental control and can not remove the password. Matter of fact I do not remeber it, the TV is about 7 years. Can you help me?
