VACUM WILL NOT TURN ON

WAS USING THE VACUM AND IT JUST SHUT OFF i BOUGHT IT ONLT THREE MONTHS AGO. CALLED THE STORE WHERE I BOUGHT IT THEY SAID I HAVE TO CALL THE MANUFACTOR THAY ONLY HAVE A THIRTY DAY RETURN POLICY ON IT. NOW WHAT DO I DO ? PLEASE HELP ME ,
