VIdeo Problems with television.

Question

We have a 1993 Samsung 33" Television model TC2550S. The color has a very green tint to it and the image has thin moving horisontal lines across it. Adjusting the tint and solor has no effect. I suspent a new television may be in order but my wife is on disability and we have limited funds. I have some background in electronics. If it is possible for you to help us repair this it would be a great help.
