Vacation in september/october?

my bday is september 26 and i want to go on vacation a little after. so lets just say early october type weather. i LOVE LOVE LOVE the beach SOOOOOO much! but is this time hurricane season? if not, can u tell me a beach with small waves and clear blue water at that time? and not rainy season?

I would go on a carribien cruse. My parents went on one during hurrican season, and they are cheaper. The weather they said was perfect and they even went to some beaches. Check out carnival. The only thing is that with these cruises you always run the chance of the weather being bad and you dont get your money back. Otherwise you might want to go on a pre-birthday vacation toward the end of the summer.
