Varsity cheerleading help!?

Question

for monday, we need some ideas. for football season, we make little signs to give to the varsity players for encouragement. i need some sayings that we can possibly use for these. an example from last year is "silly rabbit, football is for westside!" (we were playing the "bunnies" last year) and put a picture of a rabbit throwing a football being intercepted by a football player. another example was "defeat the knights." something creative basically. can anyone give ideas? here's who we're playing next season:

antlers

patriots

bluejays

bunnies

wildcats

bears

monarchs

eagles

also, cheerleaders have dinners before the games and i need a cheap little gift idea to buy approximately 20 girls (in the past, we've gotten picture frames, water bottles w/ candy, and a CD mix). THANKS!

you can give out cute hair ribbons, little football helmets, mini pompoms, make them a baked good and tie it in colored plastic wrap and ribbon, small vases with bead necklaces and candy in them, maybe little keychains or cheer lanyards, little makeup sets, maybe for homecoming or for the seniors you could do like princess jewelry and a cheap sash or something.
