  1. tortilla chips, bruschetta, hummus, sea salt and vinegar chips, veggie sticks, dried fruits, regular fruit,  newman-o oreos, granola bars,  granola, vegan garlic knots, bread, juices, if you have a cooler: vegan ice pops: all natural breyer's pomegranate blends, make sandwiches: spelt bread with tofurkey meat or yve's or lightlife but check the ingredients to make sure and tofutti american cheese [purple package! all vegan!!!

    or bring little handheld salads:)

    tofu!!

have a good time on your trip! i just got back from one!

remember to check the ingredients. if you have a stop and shop near you, i'd say go to stop and shop's natural food section and just look around! i love it there!

  2. Dried fruits.

  3. Vegan cupcakes! My all-time favorite cookbook, vegan cupcakes take over the world, has a ton of really yummy recipes. Haven't made one I didn't like, and i've done just about all of them.

You could also whip up some granola bars, or just buy some from the store. Almost all are vegan. I'll attach a link to some delicious granola bars.

Obviously trail mix is an option, you could also do mini-cheeseless pizzas, provided you had a cooler in the car or something.

(also, fruits and veggies, but that's obvious) Oh, actually you could use the "better than sour cream" and make ranch dip with the powdered stuff.

Good luck! I was vegan for years, but have shifted back to veg cause i live in a small town with nothing to eat!
