Vegan going camping. please help!

Question

I'm going camping with three other none vegans...so they're bringin their food and i'm taking mine. I have 2 lunch and 2 dinners to plan for. (breakfast is easy). any ideas for filling meals?

you could get worthington farms burgers, and lomalinda hotdogs (linkets) for hotdog in a bun and you can do them over the campfire :D

they're vegan so you wouldnt have to worry

I used to do a lot of camping, and we often went with people who were lacto-ovo vegetarians, which as I understand it, you do not wish to use any animal products, including eggs and milk-good, here are some ideas we use...are you looking to cook, if so, I like the vegetarian products from morningstar farms, they have some very good tasting products...use them instead of meat in any recipe...La Loma makes an excellent soy based sandwich spread, make it up ahead of time, and a little olive oil, garlic, onion,and grey poupon in it, mix, put it in a tupperware container-it will keep days without refrigeration, unless you add mayo, so do not do that, take some whole wheat bread or your choice of bread or crackers-add some water to drink, no better meal...easy to carry, important if you are back packing-also, an excellent scratch sandwich spread is 1 can of kidney beans, drained, 1 can of chick peas, drained, 2 green onions chopped, whole clove garlic, chopped finely, 1 small block tofu, mash all ingred. in a bowl, mix well, fry in a hot canola oil fry pan, makes about 4 good sized patties, add brown rice or mixed veggies, just add more tofu to keep it together, experiment a little at home, or make them ahead of time, they will keep for several days in a sealed container, with cool temperatures...lots of possibilities, baked potatoes, in foil, put some freeze dry beans of your choice on them, after reconstituting them of course, excellent...have a good time-do not forget the marsmallows!
