  1. Ever try soy drinks? Made with soybeans.

Oatmeal is healthy, along with some nuts, raisins and fruit of course!

    Have fun at summer camp!

  2. This is an awesome list of foods vegans can eat,, including tons of cereals.

click on the other top catagories too:) that really helped me start.

  3. I eat Kashi Go-Lean

  4. Nature's path: -very healthy

    Kashi- wheat- very healthy

http://www.peta.org/accidentallyVegan/ -  some of these aren't that healthy.  You have to look at the sugar and

    sodium.

Another option-  make your own out of wheat berries, barley or steel cut oats.  You just soak the grains overnight, simmer them the  next morning until tender and mix agave nectar in and maybe some fruit.

Here's another company that makes some good nutritious vegan cereals.

Another quick option is oat meal or rolled oats.

Some more vegan camp food options:

Vegan jerky if you can find it in  health food store

Salt free or homemade trail mix.

  5. Bring lentils and or cans of beans.  Thats classic camp food.  I dont know of any cereals that arent vegan safe.  You can always get oats and toast them yourself with Honey and nuts.  Thats what I do for cereal, it is way cheaper.  Since animal products spoil the fastes, vegan food IS camp food.

  6. Here you go, this is probably exactly what you need, popular cereal that will likely be at your camp.

Definitely listen the other guy if you can, oatmeal should be healthier (but check the label, who knows what's in some of that processed instant stuff). I once found fish oil in yogurt (I'm vegetarian, not vegan), and pork fat in potato chips. Always be on the lookout.

    Good luck and enjoy camp:)

    Edit: Also vegan...
