  1. Vegetarians generally eat everything except animal flesh (which means they DO eat eggs, dairy, and by-products). Vegans on the other hand do not eat anything that was or came from an animal (no eggs, no dairy, no gelatin, no beef/chicken stock, some even go so far as to refrain from honey and some medications made with animal by-products).

Personally I like vegweb.com and veggieboards.com for recipes, or I just google around until I find something. Hope that helps.

  2. you can eat eggs because it was never an animal because the egg didn't get fertilized and a vegetarian doesn't eat meat and a vegan can't eat animal products like meat, milk, or eggs a vegetarian just can't eat eat meat. and a recipe is put oil to fill the bottom of the pan and put some veggies you like in it and let them cook just don't burn your self with the oil spatters.

  3. your eyes are on the front of your face. that makes you a predator by nature. your body needs meat!!!!

  4. Vegetarian means that you eat primarily veggies.

Vegan is that you do not use/eat/advocate the use/consumption of anything coming from an animal, at all, whatsoever, if it hurt/inconvieniences that animal.  Pretty much, you eat alot of fake/veggie food, use nothing but organic such and such, and pretty much hug every animal you see for good measure.

There are branches of vegetarianism that you should look into that allow eating eggs, milk/dairy products, and is a generally healthy lifestyle as opposed to veganism.

Typing "vegetarian recipes" into google should be sufficient to find recipes.  Its very widespread.

  5. Hi kyy!

Some vegetarians eat eggs, some dont - its up to them I guess.

I found a few sites that might have some good vegetarian recipes :)

    http://allrecipes.com/Recipes/Everyday-C...

    http://vegkitchen.com/tips/defeat-diabet...

    http://www.webvalue.net/recipes/

The difference between a vegetarian and a vegan is that a Vegetarian doesn't eat meat, but they eat dairy products. A vegan also doesn't eat meat, but they dont eat dairy products or anything that came from animal.

There is something called a Pescatarian - their diet is similar to a vegetarian, but they eat fish.

    I hope that I helped :)

  6. Not necessarily. I'm a vegetarian and I do eat eggs only. No pork, beef, chicken..that type of thing, but I do eat eggs and so do my vegetarian friends. Try Peta2.com they have some recipes on there that I love! Try google too..it may have some yummy ones! Vegetarians just don't eat meat. Vegans don't eat or drink or use any products made from anything from animals..such as cheese, milk, and makeup..everything is soy products.

  7. vegetarians don't eat eggs normally lol

    here's a site good for recipes: http://www.vegcooking.com/

(use browse recipe, don't click vegetarian cooking haha, misleading)

and i'm not sure if vegetarians and vegan is different, i thought they were just different tenses of eachother

  8. If u are going veg, i suggest u replace meat with, tofu, soya meal-makers or mushrooms.

Matter of eggs is still a debate....

  9. It all depends on your values, most vegetarians opt to not eat eggs. Vegans do not eat meat or dairy products (milk, cheese, yogurt, etc.) basically anything that is an animal by product. They do not eat products which contain animal bone either, like gelatin, and candy like star bursts. They do not wear leather or fur also. However, vegetarians do eat dairy products. Vegetarians just cut out the meat out of their diets. You can replace meat with soy (try boca burgers) and if you do not want to drink regular milk try soy milk. I hope this helps.

  10. Okay, being a Vegetarian  means that you don't eat MEAT, yes you can still eat eggs, milk, cheese, ice cream, etc! A vegan doesn't eat any animal byproduct so nothing that has ANY ingredient that once came from an animal!! So they can not eat eggs, meat, seafood, any dairy product at all! Most vegetarians eat fish so that is accepted to eat and still be considered a vegetarian! When you first make the transition from meat eater to vegetarian your stomach might  feel a bit upset  for about a week and a half after about a week because your eating so much other stuff that isn't meat!! a good website to go to is http://www.vegcooking.com it has good recipes! If you have any more questions go to http://www.peta.org it has alot of good information!

  11. you can eat eggs -vegeterians are people who eat only vegetables -vegens are people who eat meat but not as often as they eat vegetables or i guess you could say they prefer vegetables rather than meat
