I've recently been adapting to a vegetarian diet. I've seen a nutritionist, made sure I'm getting enough protein and iron, etcetera. I'm fifteen years old. However, I'm going to camp next week, and the food is buffet-style. They always have a salad bar available, but usually the meals contain some sort of meat. I need to make sure I have enough energy because I'm going to be active, however, there is no vegetarian option at my camp. I'm going to bring trail mix with various nuts for snack; which give me some protein, but I know I'll need more. Is there anything I can pack in my bag that I can substitute for meat at meals? Such as something I can mix into a salad or something? I appreciate the help, thank you.
