Vegetarian hampers?? UK only...?

Question

Is there anyone out there that knows of any nice companies that make hampers for vegetarians? I'm looking for something for deluxe hampers along the same quality as Fortnum's/Selfridges etc to give to a friend. Any ideas? Thanks!

giftingdirect.co.uk/  offer vegetarian hampers as do several other on-line sellers but I have to say that I found them all rather dull and frankly over priced for their contents. Not everyone like cranberry sauce..wild or otherwise and especially not when it is not Christmas!

I have a friend who eats only organic products and after searching for a hamper that was both interesting and affordable I gave up; went to Ikea and bought a wicker basket, and then to Sainsbury's, Marks and Spencers and a couple of other stores to make up a hamper I was happy to give. I think that especially when you are limited to organic or vegetarian or any other specific sort of diet,this is the best way to get something really nice..wrap it up with plenty of ribbon and not only will it be the riht present, it will look good and be personal as well.

Thre dont seem to be many ideas on this so here is one that is not quite what you are looking for, but a thought.

The source below sell spices, seasoning, herbs, curry kits and some speciality salts.  You can create your own gift by ordering a bag and then choosing what to put in it.  Or just order a load of things and put them in your own hamper.

I dont think there is anything that is non-veggie, but all the ingredients are listed on the site so you can be sure. There is Fairtrade and organic stuff too.

Veggies tend to be into doing their own cooking more so this might be suitable.
