  1. You could probably say "Yes" to all of those questions.  Ask an Air Force recruiter those questions.  It's their job to answer your questions.

  2. 1. hmm hard to say with any hours they all vary. Typically you would work a 7-4 or something of that nature with the AF. All varies depending on your unit and job. Also you would more than likely be working on more than just vehicles. But it's a GREAT way to get college credits(If in college for Automotive) job skills, and it makes a d**n good resume.

    2. Yes you get to travel. Basic training is in Texas, your AIT could be anywhere, and you could be stationed anywhere plus deployments.

    3. I do not see the need but anything is possible. Mostly Army and Marines there. However some medical staff from the Air Force, and construction workers(Seabees) from the Navy are/have been there. But with the Air Force in general slim to none. But dont join if this is a fear. Besides Air Forces deployments are a breeze 90 -180 days tops. Compared to ONE-YEAR Army, 6 months or more with the Navy, etc.

    4. Yes, but it all depends on the needs of the AF.

    5. I do not believe so. But the US Naval Academy(Navy and Marine Program) in Annapolis offers it.
