I just bought a new Samsung Glyde from Verizon, I've had it about 4 days and just today I noticed that there are some dead pixels on the main screen. I haven't abused it in any way, this seems to be a manufacturing defect. If I visit my Verizon store will they be able to replace it? And if so, will they replace it with a new phone or a refurbished? And will it have to be shipped out or will they give me a new one in store? Thanks.
