What are the features you get with updating?

does it cost money?

and where / how would i get it updated thanks much!

and i have the voyager currently but not the titanium one. just the regualr black one lol:)

No , you wont pay for the software update, there are 2 types of updates. The monthly *228 update and the flash software update. *228 you can do yourself, the flash update you gotta bring to the store. That is also free but it'll take about an hour usually.
