Very important mold question?

Last year, we found Black mold in my son's room of our apartment after him having an asthma attack (he never had asthma before) the landlords just removed the moldy insulation and put new insulation in a black bag inside the thru the wall air conditioning space and sealed the front again. Now my neighbors shower is leaking down to ours and I opened my linen closet and the whole wall against the shower is FULL of regular mold. Can mold just form from water alone or does there have to be spores. I mean the whole wall is covered. The landlords won't do a thing and I am 5 months pregnant. I don't know what to do!

Mold is very dangerous and can cause some serious health problems. You can spray the mold to kill whats there but the dampness must be fixed if you are to get rid of it. Check with your doctor and he will be able to tell you more of the dangers.

Mold can form anywhere, since spores are airborne. High humidity encourages mold growth. Keep your house dry and clean, and tell your landlord to do something about your neighbor's leakage into your apartment because it's his property that he is damaging from his negligence.
